What Paymaster covers

One payment path: the exact scheme in USDG on Robinhood Chain mainnet, with EIP-3009 authorizations. Other networks, assets, Permit2 and x402 version 1 are shown as not supported. Paymaster does not submit or settle payments: a seller's facilitator does, and Paymaster reads the result from the chain.
